The original, and the best. Now in its forth year, the Yak Ales Melbourne Barbecue Festival celebrates meat, smoke, and summer featuring pitmasters from around Australia and the United States. 

The Yak Ales Melbourne Barbecue Festival showcases the latest in barbecue and outdoor cooking equipment, live bands, great drinks, and Australia’s most prestigious barbecue contest sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society.

The festival features live music acts, culinary demos, a cook-off and a butcher battle.
