CHANGE is a modern fitness and wellness brand focused on helping people live stronger, healthier, and more balanced lives through movement, mindset, and community. Founded in Australia, the brand has built a reputation for delivering high-energy training experiences that combine functional fitness, recovery, and lifestyle in a premium studio environment.

This project centred on graphic design and visual communication, supporting the existing CHANGE brand identity across a range of digital and promotional touchpoints. While the core branding was already established, the design work was developed to ensure every asset remained consistent, bold, and aligned with the brand’s energetic personality.

The visual direction reflects CHANGE’s confident and contemporary presence, using strong typography, clean layouts, and high-impact compositions to connect with a health-conscious audience. Each design piece was created to feel motivating, premium, and instantly recognisable, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to transformation and performance.

Digital collateral and campaign assets were designed to support member engagement, class promotions, studio launches, and ongoing marketing initiatives. The work focused on creating clear communication across social media, web graphics, in-studio signage, and branded content that enhances the customer experience.

CHANGE offers a holistic approach to fitness, combining strength training, cardio, mobility, wellness, and community-driven motivation. The design system supports this lifestyle-led offering by presenting the brand in a polished and aspirational way across every customer touchpoint.

This project demonstrates a strategic approach to graphic design within an established brand, delivering visually consistent creative assets that strengthen recognition, drive engagement, and support the continued growth of a leading Australian fitness and wellness business.
